If you're using Webflow for your website, you might have realized there's no official integration available between these two platforms. Since November 2023, the Pipedrive community has been asking for this feature, and as of January 2025—14 months later—there’s still no direct integration.

No need to worry! In this guide, we'll explore two ways to connect your Webflow forms with Pipedrive. You'll discover which method suits your team's needs best—all without any complex coding!

Different methods to connect Webflow forms with Pipedrive

At our agency, we use two methods to connect Webflow forms with Pipedrive that we often use with our clients. Each option has its pros and cons, so we’ll walk you through the details to help you decide which one works best for your business.

Method 1: Using Pipedrive's web forms

Pipedrive comes with a built-in web forms feature, making it a great choice if you want a simple, hassle-free way to capture leads—no need for extra tools or subscriptions.

  3. Name your form (e.g., "Contact Us") and add the fields you need, like name, email, or phone.

Pros of using Pipedrive web forms:

  • Everything stays within Pipedrive—no need for third-party services.
  • Quick and easy setup—just copy and paste the code.
  • Form submissions go straight into your Leads pipeline.
  • Included with your Pipedrive subscription.

Cons of using Pipedrive Web forms:

  • Limited design flexibility—you can’t add custom CSS directly.
  • The form might not fully match your Webflow site’s design.
  • Fewer customization options compared to Webflow’s native forms.

Method 2: Using Zapier as your connector

If you want to keep your existing Webflow form design or set up advanced multi-step automations, Zapier is a great option. With this method, your Webflow forms stay the same, and Zapier takes care of automatically sending submissions to Pipedrive.

  2. Connect your Webflow account and choose the site you want to work with.
  3. Select the specific form you’d like to connect.
  4. Ensure your Webflow site is published so Zapier can detect form submissions.
  5. Test the trigger to confirm everything is working properly.

Step 3: Set up the Pipedrive action

  1. Connect your Pipedrive account to Zapier.

  3. Map your Webflow form fields to the corresponding Pipedrive fields.
  4. Thoroughly test your Zap and activate it when everything looks good.

Pros of using Zapier:

  • Maintain your original Webflow form design.
  • Create complex, multi-step workflows tailored to your needs.
  • Flexible field mapping to ensure accurate data transfer.
  • Ideal if you’re already using Zapier for other automations.

Cons of using Zapier:

  • Requires a Zapier subscription, and costs can rise with higher submission volumes.
  • Adds another tool to manage and maintain.
  • Can get expensive for sites with a lot of traffic.

Making the right choice for your business

Choosing the best method depends on a few important factors:

  1. Design needs: If keeping your website’s exact look and feel is a top priority, Zapier is the way to go. On the other hand, if you’re okay with using Pipedrive’s built-in styling options, their web forms are a great alternative.
  2. Budget: Think about whether Zapier’s extra cost is worth it based on your submission volume. If you’re looking for a cost-effective option, Pipedrive’s web forms are included in your subscription.
  3. Ease of setup: Pipedrive’s forms are quick and simple to implement, making them ideal if you prefer a straightforward setup. Zapier takes a bit more work to set up but offers much greater flexibility.
  4. Automation needs: If you want to create more advanced workflows, like sending automated follow-up emails or updating other tools, Zapier is your best option.

Conclusion

While we're still waiting for an official Webflow-Pipedrive integration (16 months and counting!), both methods we've covered provide reliable ways to connect these powerful tools:

  • Pipedrive web forms: Quick, easy, and included with your subscription—but with limited design options.
  • Zapier integration: More flexible and powerful—but requires an additional subscription.

Either approach will automatically capture leads from your Webflow site into Pipedrive, eliminating the need for manual data entry and ensuring your sales pipeline runs smoothly.

Choose the method that best fits your team’s design needs, technical comfort, and budget.
