BRIX Templates Freebie License
This license applies to all of our free clonable files published on Figma Community, Webflow Community, and Framer Community. We state it clearly in each of them.
The license is designed to be simple and to allow use in almost any project, with very few exceptions.
- Personal use: unlimited.
- Commercial use: broadly allowed, with the only limit being projects over 100,000 users and/or $1,000,000 USD or more in annual revenue for the final company, product, or client. If you need a license for projects exceeding these limits, read the Extended Commercial License section below.
You can use our resources for: websites, apps, landing pages, presentations, marketing materials, client work, portfolio pieces, educational projects, personal experiments, and any other design-related project.
No attribution is required, though it's always appreciated.
✅ What you can do
- Use the resources in personal, commercial, and client projects (within the limits specified above).
- Edit, customize, remix, and adapt the design to your brand or your client's brand.
- Change colors, typography, layouts, and components.
- Combine our resources with your own work.
🚫 What you can't do
- Resell, redistribute, or republish the original files.
- Upload them to another marketplace, template library, stock site, or downloadable product.
- Package them as part of another template, UI kit, design system, component library, icon pack, or illustration pack.
- Include them as built-in assets inside a website builder, app builder, AI tool, Canva-style editor, no-code platform, or template generator where end users can access, edit, or export the resources.
- Claim authorship of the original files.

If your company, product, or client exceeds the commercial use limits (more than 100,000 users or more than $1,000,000 USD in annual revenue), please reach out for an extended license at [email protected]. We offer it at a fair and reasonable price.
