Figma Template License Agreement
This license agreement applies to all Figma templates sold by BRIX Templates through the Figma Community and our official website (brixtemplates.com).
By purchasing a commercial license, you, the licensee, are granted the non-exclusive right to use the template on an ongoing basis, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
The commercial license permits you to utilize the template to create a single end product, either for your own use or for the use of one client (hereafter referred to as a "single application").
The resulting end product may be distributed free of charge or sold, depending on your specific business requirements.
The term "end product" refers to the final, customized version or implementation of the template that will be utilized by you, your company, or sold to a client.
Permitted Uses Under This License Agreement
- Utilizing the Figma Template to design a personal website, company website, or client website
- Incorporating assets from the Figma Template (fonts, colors, images, icons, logo, copy) into your own end product
- Employing the Figma Template design as the foundation for your, your company's, or your client's brand
- Modifying the Figma Template to align with the branding requirements of you, your company, or your client
- Coding the Figma Template design using any programming language or website building platform
- Sharing the Figma Template with direct collaborators, provided it is used exclusively for the same end product
Prohibited Uses Under This License Agreement
- Utilizing the Figma Template for more than one end product
- Reselling the Figma Template Figma file completely or partially
- Reselling the Figma Template design completely or partially in another platform, design software, or development software
- Distributing the Figma Template to individuals outside of your direct collaborators, or for any use not related to the same end product
- Showcasing the unmodified Figma Template design as part of your portfolio work
